Royal Silver USA allows a 14 Day Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received within the allowed time frame, we will send a refund minus the shipping fees that we incurred. For any questions, please use the Contact Us page.
